Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using any part of the Lifakei platform. By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. Definitions

Throughout these Terms of Use, the following definitions apply:

• Platform refers to the Lifakei website, online seminars, learning tools, and all associated digital services accessible at lifakei.com.
• User refers to any individual or entity who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the Platform.
• Account refers to the registered profile created by a User to access restricted areas and features of the Platform.
• Content refers to all text, video, audio, documents, graphics, data, and any other material made available through the Platform.
• We, Us, Our refers to Lifakei and its authorised representatives.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, enrolling in a seminar, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise interacting with the Platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Lifakei under these Terms of Use. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

3. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You must not be prohibited from receiving services under applicable laws.
• You must not have had a previously suspended or terminated account on the Platform unless we have expressly granted reinstatement.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements.

4.1 Registration

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at contact@lifakei.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4.3 Account Restrictions

You may not share your account credentials with any third party. Each account is for individual use only unless we have expressly permitted otherwise in writing. You may not create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing restrictions, accessing content without payment, or any other abusive purpose.

5. Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

You agree to use the Platform only in a manner that complies with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with these terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not engage in any of the following activities when using the Platform:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any Content without our prior written consent.
• Accessing or attempting to access any part of the Platform by automated means, including bots, scrapers, or crawlers.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software underlying the Platform.
• Uploading or transmitting any material that contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

• Posting or transmitting content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, or otherwise objectionable.
• Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security-related features of the Platform.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or otherwise commercially exploiting any part of the Platform or its Content without our express written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership

All Content available on the Platform, including but not limited to seminar recordings, written materials, graphics, logos, interface design, and software, is the exclusive property of Lifakei or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms of Use transfers any ownership rights to you.

7.2 Licence to User Content

If you submit, post, or share any content on the Platform, including discussion contributions, comments, or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for the purposes of operating and improving the Platform. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

7.3 Feedback

Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback you provide regarding the Platform may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you or to keep such information confidential.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

8.1 Fees

Access to certain seminars or features of the Platform may require payment. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you complete a purchase. By proceeding with a payment, you agree to pay the stated amount in full.

8.2 Billing

Where subscription-based access is offered, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval specified at the time of purchase. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information remains accurate and up to date.

8.3 Refunds

Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our refund policy, which is communicated at the point of purchase. We reserve the right to decline refund requests where access to Content has already been provided or where misuse is suspected.

8.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Where price changes affect an active subscription, we will provide reasonable advance notice before the new pricing takes effect.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services that are not owned or controlled by Lifakei. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. 10. Disclaimers

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any Content available on the Platform. Any reliance you place on such Content is strictly at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lifakei and its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of the total amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim or one hundred euros (€100).

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lifakei and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms of Use, your violation of any third-party rights, or any content you submit to the Platform.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease.

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us at contact@lifakei.com. Termination of your account does not entitle you to a refund of any fees already paid, except where required by applicable law.

Provisions of these Terms of Use that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

14. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy carefully.

15. Modifications to the Platform

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the Platform without notice or liability.

They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and us relating to the subject matter herein.
